Studio Rules

 Agree to leave Synrgy Studios and surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. Booking instructions (sent prior to rental) must be followed. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. 

It is your responsibility to clean up after your shoot. This involves removing all garbage, sweeping up excess dirt and debris, and wiping up any spills that occurred while you were there. Please ensure that the area is left clean and tidy.

Shoes worn outside are not allowed in the studio past the entrance. Please bring a clean pair of shoes to change into. Make sure your guests comply as well. 

Please exercise caution and refrain from standing on chairs, sofas, or any other furniture to prevent damage or breakage. In the event of damage or breakage, replacement will be required at full retail cost.

We’re not responsible for the personal property of renters or guests used during and anything left after reservation.

Please be courteous to other occupants of the surrounding premises, no large groups coming and going, no loud music. All activities other than load and unload must remain in studio. 

Synrgy Studios is an alcohol free and non-smoking environment. No alcohol consumption and/or smoking inside of the studio at any time is permitted.

You are liable for all equipment and furniture breakage while on Synrgy Studios premises.

Use of open flames (candles, oil lamps, etc.) and/or pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited in the studio.

It is advisable to obtain your own liability insurance.

No pets are allowed in Synrgy Studios.
